We went for two short trips (to South Korea and Taiwan) at the end of 2013. Initially, I was rather ambivalent about Korean food. I was given the impression that Korean food consisted of only kimchi. But I was pleasantly surprised by variety and flavour of the Korean food. Even kimchi (pickled vegetables) can have a variety of taste! So, the trip was a gastronomical epiphany for me.
Tight work schedule prevented me from processing my 2000 odd photos from my trip. So, I will try to post them as and when I finish working on them.
