Also Banh Tet in Vietnam. I had the pleasure of making these in culinary school. And then my first meal in Vietnam was Banh Tet - and much to my surprise - it was made with dog meat. It was a mental exercise in culture shock and cultural sensibilities. Once I overcame the initial shock, I had to admit it was delicious.
